By using this site you agree to what follows. If something here doesn't sit right with you, write and say so before you book anything.

What is offered here. Free reading — the essays in the Knowledge Base and the glossary. Interactive Edu-Labs, with opening topics open to everyone and deeper chapters offered to students who take them up. Paid one-on-one teaching, arranged personally. And books, which are sold and shipped by their publishers, not by this site.

How you may use it. Read, study, print for yourself, share a link with anyone. What you may not do: copy the writing or the labs onto another site or into your own course, resell them, or run automated tools that scrape the site or hammer the server.

Booking a session. Sessions are arranged by email or through the booking form. A free intro call comes first, so both sides can see whether the fit is right. Fees are quoted to you personally before anything is paid, and confirmed in writing. Sessions run 60 minutes on Zoom unless you agree otherwise.

What is promised, and what isn't. Careful teaching, honest answers and preparation for every session — that is the promise. No particular exam rank, admission or outcome is promised, because that depends on your work as much as his.

Nature of the content. The material is educational and philosophical. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing on the site — including anything in the astrology lab — should be treated as a prediction or as a substitute for professional help.

Links away from here. The site links to Amazon, Notion Press, YouTube, TeacherOn, journals and the lab subdomains. Once you leave, that site's own terms and privacy rules apply.

If the site goes down. It is a small site, run by one teacher. Pages, labs and links may change or be unavailable at times. Where a paid session is affected, it is rescheduled — that is the remedy.

Changes and law. These terms may be updated; the date at the top always tells you when. They are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute belongs to the courts of India.

The short version: this site asks for your name and email only when you choose to write or subscribe, uses them only to reply to you, and shares them with nobody.

What is collected. When you send a message: your name, your email, the topic you picked and what you wrote. When you sign up for the weekly letter: your email. Nothing else. There is no account to create, no password, no profile.

How the forms work. The contact and signup forms are handled by FormSubmit, a hosted form service that emails your message to connect@vedatom.com. Your details pass through their system on the way; they are not used for advertising.

Server records. The site is hosted with Hostinger, which keeps ordinary server logs — the address your request came from, the page asked for, the time — for security and for keeping the site up. There is no advertising network, no third-party analytics profile and no tracking cookie following you between sites.

Payments. Fees, when there are any, are paid through a payment provider. Card and bank details are entered on their page, never on this one, and they are never seen or stored here.

How long things are kept. Messages stay in the mailbox as a record of the conversation. Subscriber emails stay on the list until you ask to come off it — reply to any letter with "unsubscribe" and you are removed, no questions.

Your say over your details. Write to connect@vedatom.com and you can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. It will be done, and you will get a reply confirming it.

Younger students. School students are welcome as readers and as students, but if you are under 18 a parent or guardian should be the one to book and to pay.

Free things stay free. The essays, the glossary, the opening lab topics and the intro call cost nothing, and there is nothing to cancel.

Fees. One-on-one fees are quoted to you personally before you commit, in Indian rupees for students in India. Nothing is charged without your going ahead in writing first.

Rescheduling. Life happens. Give at least 12 hours' notice and the session moves at no cost, as often as you need. A session missed with no notice counts as taught.

Refunds. If you have paid for sessions and change your mind, the sessions you have not yet taken are refunded in full — ask within 30 days of the payment. The money is sent back the way it came, usually within 5 to 10 working days. A session already taught is not refundable, though if you felt it was not worth what you paid, say so and it will be put right.

Books. Books bought on Amazon or from Notion Press are their sale, not this site's. Returns, replacements and delivery problems go through them, and they are quicker at it.

The writing is his. The essays, the translations, the lab material and the illustrations on this site are the work of Dr. Tejaswi Katravulapally and remain his. The books are additionally under their publishers' rights.

Quoting is welcome. Quote a paragraph or two anywhere you like, with his name and a link back. For anything larger — reprinting an essay, translating it, or teaching from the lab material — ask first. He rarely says no.

The scriptures are not. The Sanskrit verses themselves belong to everyone. What is claimed here is only the translation, the reading and the physics beside it.

On accuracy. The labs are teaching instruments, and every teaching instrument simplifies. Where physics and scripture are placed side by side, that is an interpretation offered for thinking with, not a settled fact. If you find a mistake, write — corrections are made gladly and credited.

Someone else's work. Where an image or a source belongs to someone else it is credited where it appears. If you believe something of yours is used here without credit, write and it will be corrected or removed at once.
